Refund policy

We hope you love what you’ve chosen from Her Goodness. If you change your mind, please contact us at [your customer email] within 14 days of delivery. We can accept a return if the item is unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, and you have proof of purchase.

Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund the eligible item price to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or different from its description, please contact us with your order number and details of the problem. We’ll work with you on an appropriate solution. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy.
